I have begun to offer personal finance and self-help lessons for anyone ages 6 and up.  I teach people how to think like the rich, the difference between a real asset and a liability (and why their house is actually most people's biggest liability), as well as all about passive residual income.  I also explain why most people end up perpetuating their need to work a 9-5 and how anyone can get out of debt and become financially independent with the right methods.  For more information, contact me at afaigen@yahoo.com

I am currently offering guitar lessons to everyone ages 6 and up.  The way I teach guitar is after showing them the basics, I let my students decide what songs they want to learn, and I teach the skills needed for each part of the song.  This is beneficial for multiple reasons, the student knows the way their favorite songs are supposed to sound, so they know when they are making a mistake, and they also actually want to learn the song, so for younger students, they are more likely to actually practice..  I am able to give lessons in person at my home in Rockville, MD or I can travel if you live in the area, and I also give virtual lessons anywhere in the world (you just need your own guitar and to speak English fluently).  Contact me at afaigen@yahoo.com for more information and to set up your first lesson.
